You have the right to return items to us if you change your mind provided you advise us in writing at info@chapmanpugh-antiques.com not later than 14 days after receipt of same.

If you wish to invoke this right, the item or items must be returned to us in the state in which they were delivered to you. You are entitled to a full refund except that the cost of returning the items to us must be borne by you. We will refund you when the items are returned to us at our registered office at 304 Ben Jonson House, Barbican, London EC2Y 8NQ, United Kingdom. 

As stated, you will be responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us. We cannot give an exact cost for the return of any particular item due to the variety of objects we sell and places of delivery. However, the cost is likely to be the same as the cost of delivery of the item to you except for any import/export duties. Please see the Delivery Information section on the lower banner.
