Packing and Carriers:

Once payment is made, purchases are very carefully wrapped and packed using high quality packing materials and extra strong boxes. 

For the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce.  Transglobal,  DHL and Fedex air freight are used for Europe, the United States and the rest of the world. We also use Transglobal to arrange the shipping of larger items internationally. 

Delivery Charges:

For all deliveries, the delivery cost is as set out against the relevant item for sale at checkout and as listed in the item description prior to checkout. 

The delivery time in the UK is 2 business days. Delivery time in Central and Eastern Europe is generally up to 3 -5  business days. The delivery time to the United States and the rest of the world is up to 5 – 10  business days.

Insurance:

All items are comprehensively insured whilst in transit and sent at the risk of Chapman Pugh Ltd.
